Ingredients

Pasta ingredients

  • 400 g Flour
  • 135 ml 1 egg + water pasta recipe comes with pasta maker

Creamy Sauce ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 pack Pack uni
  • Salt & pepper To taste

Optional topping

  • Thinly sliced Nori Dried seaweed
  • Ikura Salmon roe
  • Chives or green onion

Instructions

  • Make fresh pasta according to Hamilton Beach recipe book which comes with pasta maker
  • If you are using store bought pasta, cook pasta according to package
  • To make the sauce, heat butter in pan
  • Toss in minced garlic and cook until aroma seeps out into the butter
  • Pour in heavy cream, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
  • Once the sauce heats up, put in uni (make sure to save a few good pieces to top at the end)
  • Quickly toss in cooked pasta until creamy and fully combined (you want to work quickly so you don't overcook the uni)
  • Plate and top with optional ingredients
  • Serve and enjoy!
