Cut chicken thigh in bite size pieces (about 2 inches)
Put chicken in a plastic bag or in a bowl
Add soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, grated garlic, and sugar
Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight
Add in potato starch. Shake the bag to coat the chicken pieces well
Put chicken pieces in air fryer
Spray with neutral oil on both sides of the chicken
Air fry at 400F for 15 minutes. Flip half way through cooking
Chicken should be golden brown and cooked inside
Serve hot and enjoy!
