Ingredients

  • 1 serving size Ramen noodle

Soup base

  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp Mentsuyu
  • 1 cup Boiling hot water

Toppings

  • 1/2 sheet Nori seaweed sheet
  • 1 stalk Green onion chopped
  • 2 Marinated eggs
  • Pickled red ginger

Instructions

  • Combine miso paste, peanut butter, kewpie mayo, and grated garlic in a bowl.
  • Add 1/5 cup of hot water and stir until the mixture is fully combined. It should be smooth without any clumps.
  • Then add in the rest of the hot water.
  • Add in mentsuyu and stir.
  • Place the ramen noodles in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes or until fully thawed and hot. If you use another ramen noodle type, cook noodles according to package instructions.
  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the soup mixture.
  • Add toppings of choice. I am adding nori, green onions, marinated egg, and pickled red ginger
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
