Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Mentsuyu
  • 1 lb Sashimi grade salmon
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 bowls Cooked white rice

Optional topping

  • Sliced onion
  • Sliced oba
  • Egg yolk

Instructions

  • Slice sashimi grade salmon
  • In a bowl, pour mentsuyu and sesame oil
  • Place sashimi grade salmon in bowl
  • Cover and marinate it in the fridge for 1-2 hours
  • In a bowl, place cooked rice
  • Top with marinated salmon
  • Add optional toppings of choice
  • Serve immediately and enjoy
